Warranty policy:

** You must be able to do your warranty and service work at your own shop.

** Remember;  warranty is always at the place of purchase...make sure this is explained to your customer at purchase.

** We will warranty any defective part as long as the old part is returned.

** You will be billed for the part to save time so the part can go out that day.   A full credit will be issued as soon as the old part is received by us…this is the only possible way we could keep track of out going parts to dealers.

QuakerBlast Unit Warranty:

• 5 yrs on pump head against cracking or warping.

• 5yrs prorated on coil…free replacement for first year and prorated each year after that up to the five years…

• One year on engines and motors.

• One year on burner and burner parts.

• One year on pump.

• 90 days on wearing parts of pump…all pump warranty will be determined by our technicians when pump arrives for evaluation…

  • over heating and abuse will not be covered…for example; if someone leaves a unit running when not in use the pump will over heat and is not covered…if someone puts a smaller unit into a heavy application and it is over worked, this is not covered.

• 90 days on all accessories, i.e. guns, hoses, un-loaders, thermostats, etc...
