Automatic stop start system… available on the electric driven units only.

This allows the machine to be controlled from the trigger gun, when it is squeezed the system will start and when the trigger gun is released the entire unit will shutdown.

This is a great convenience to not have to run back and forth to the machine to start and stop BUT, the most important part of this system is to save your unit from running when its not suppose to, this causes overheating in the pump as it is still trying to produce the pressure but has no new water coming in and has no choice but to start building heat. When the temperature reaches 140 degrees it will start doing damage to the pump and severely cut down on the overall life this pump can have, and if it were left running long enough could cook the pump [destroying it] in one setting.

This is a very important thing to explain to your customer to keep them from having unnecessary  problems.

This option is highly recommended where there will be more than one operator. If an owner is the only one using the unit and this is explained properly this option could be unnecessary unless the owner wants it for his own convenience or just thinks it would be a good safety system for him as well.
